Requirements
- Must be an accurate, detail-oriented multi-tasker that has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint )
- Previous HRIS experience (SAP, Oracle, ADP, Paychex), Oracle experience preferred.
- Understanding of relevant benefits legislation such as ADA, FMLA, ERISA and Section 125.
- Able to handle and maintain confidential information
- Knowledge of current State and Federal Wage, Employment Laws and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills
